Sending us your photographs You will receive an automatic email confirming your order when payment is made. Please email us your photographs by reply attached to your FrameMyName Order Confirmation - this will allow us to track your photographs with your order reference number. For information on image quality, file sizes and how to send images from a hotmail account please click here before sending us your images. order preview We will email you a preview of your order for your approval within 3 working days of receiving your images. Hotmail Accounts: If you are using a hotmail account can you please add our email address to your contact list. We have had some problems recently with hotmail marking our preview email as ‘junk mail’ and deleting it as it includes an attachment.
