Express Processing - UK Orders Only Available on all personalised cards and invitations. Once approved your cards will be dispatched within 1-2 working days instead of our normal 3-7 working days. Delivery will be the following working day after dispatch. Orders will:
Order will be sent by courier or Royal Mail depending on location and product ordered. There is an additional charge of £4.99 for this express service. This additional charge is to ensure your order is given priority over other customers orders and is not an additional postage charge.
A signature will be be required on all items sent by 'Express Processing' FrameMyName are not responsible for any orders not delivered on time because there is no one there to sign for them. If you have placed an order by 'Express Processing' which has not arrived within 3 working days of approval please contact us for a tracking number. Next Day Delivery - UK Orders Only Please note we are currenly unable to offer Next Day Delivery on our framed name prints. Only available on all personalised name prints, canvases and height charts. Delivery the following working day on orders placed online with us before 12pm. Order will be sent by courier or Royal Mail depending on location and product ordered. There is an additional charge of £4.99 for this service. This charge is in addition to the usual postage & packaging charge as it also guarantees your order will be produced immediately and before orders already placed.
Orders Placed After 12pm Any orders placed after 12pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Easter Bank Holiday Weekend Any orders placed as Next Day Delivery after 12pm on Wednesday 4th April will not be delivered until Tuesday 10th April. Any orders placed after 12pm on Thursday 5th April will not be dispatched until Tuesday 10th April. We will be closed on Monday 9th April.
Orders Placed After 12pm Thursday or on Friday / Over The Weekend Next Day Delivery orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive the following Monday as delivery on a Saturday is not available with this service. We are unable to arrange for any Special Deliveries to be made on a Saturday. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday and are guaranteed for delivery the following Tuesday. Bank and public holidays are not included in this service.
