| Standard Delivery All orders are either dispatched by courier or by Royal Mail depending on delivery address and item ordered.
Delivery by Courier Delivery is 1 working day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch please contact us with your order number.
Delivery by Royal Mail Delivery is typically 2-3 working days after dispatch but can take longer. Please allow 7 working days before reporting an order as missing. FrameMyName make no guarantee with regard to delivery times unless ordered as Special Delivery. If your order is required for a specific date within 4 working days then please order as Special Delivery to ensure your order is delivered on time. Occasionally orders can go missing - Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office giving your house number and postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection (cards are not always left by Royal Mail if you're not in). If your order has not arrived within 7 working days please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to send out a replacement order.
International & European Orders All of our personalised name prints and products are available to order online for delivery worldwide. All of our European and International orders are dispatched as First Class Airmail and as such cannot be tracked once they have been dispatched. If you require your order to be trackable or signed for on delivery please contact us email to arrange this for an additional fee. Please allow 7-20 working days for delivery to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and approx 4-7 working days for delivery throughout Europe. Please allow 14 working days before reporting European orders as missing.

Express Processing - UK Orders Only Available on all personalised cards and invitations. Once approved your cards will be dispatched within 1-2 working days instead of our normal 3-7 working days. Delivery will be the following working day after dispatch. Orders will:

A signature will be be required on all items sent by 'Express Processing' FrameMyName are not responsible for any orders not delivered on time because there is no one there to sign for them. If you have placed an order by 'Express Processing' which has not arrived within 3 working days of approval please contact us for a tracking number.

Next Day Delivery - UK Orders Only Only available on all personalised name prints, canvases and height charts. Delivery the following working day on orders placed online with us before 12pm. Order will be sent by courier or Royal Mail depending on location and product ordered. There is an additional charge of £4.99 for this service. This charge is in addition to the usual postage & packaging charge as it also guarantees your order will be produced immediately and before orders already placed.
Orders Placed After 12pm Any orders placed after 12pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Orders Placed After 12pm Thursday or on Friday / Over The Weekend Next Day Delivery orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive the following Monday as delivery on a Saturday is not available with this service. We are unable to arrange for any Special Deliveries to be made on a Saturday. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday and are guaranteed for delivery the following Tuesday. Bank and public holidays are not included in this service. Bank Holiday Weekends If an order is placed after 12pm on a Thursday or before 12pm on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend then delivery will be made the following Wednesday. A signature will be be required on all items sent by 'Next Day Delivery' FrameMyName are not responsible for any orders not delivered on time because there is no one there to sign for them. If you have placed an order by 'Next Day Delivery' which has not arrived on time please contact us for a tracking number or check with your local depot.
