When ordering unframed name prints you will only need to pay for the Special Delivery Next Day™ once as up to three unframed name prints can be posted together. For more than three prints please add an additional Special Delivery Next Day™ charge.

The following products are not currently available as next day delivery:

• christening invitations
• birthday invitations

Orders Placed After 2pm

Any orders placed after 2pm will not be sent out until the following working day.

Orders Placed On a Friday / Over The Weekend

Special Delivery Next Day™ orders placed on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive the following Monday as delivery on a Saturday is not available. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday and are guaranteed for delivery the following Tuesday. Bank and public holidays are not included in this service.

A signature will be be required on all items sent by Special Delivery Next Day™. Frame My Name are not responsible for any orders not delivered by Royal Mail because there is no one there to sign for them. If you have placed an order by Special Delivery Next Day™ which has not arrived by 1pm the following day please contact us for a tracking number or check with your local sorting office.

When placing your order please ensure the postcode given is correct as Royal Mail will not deliver Special Delivery Next Day™ items with incorrect or missing postcodes.
