Additional Personalisation Details
If you are adding additional details for your
artwork (e.g. the childs date/place of birth, christening date,
full name, personal message, etc) then please do so in the relevant
box on the product pages.
Our Return Policy
Our personalised gifts, invitations and cards
are non-returnable.
Please ensure all personalised details
are correct when placing your order as mistakes can not
be rectified after the order has been produced. FrameMyName take
no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made
by the customer.
If however we have made a mistake with
any of the personalisation on your order please contact us and we
will arrange to send a replacement at no extra cost to youself.
If you have ordered a framed name print and the
frame is damaged on receipt then a replacement frame will be sent
- the order will not be refunded. If your order has arrived damaged
contact us by email quoting your order reference number and we will
send out a replacement order.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery of your
order then a card will be left for you by Royal Mail depending on
the method of posting.
You will need to collect your order or call and
rearrange your delivery. Please collect your item or call to rearrange
delivery within 5 days as items will only be held for a short time
Any orders which have not been picked up from
the sorting office/courier will incur a second postage charge if
we need to resend your order.
All of our silver bracelets are non-returnable
unless faulty. Please ensure no mistakes are made with colour choices,
sizes or name spellings are these cannot be fixed once the bracelet
is produced.
Delivery
Times & Missing/Delayed Orders
Delivery by Courier
Delivery is 1 working day after dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 3 working
days please contact us with your order number and we will arrange
to send out a replacement order.
Available on all products sent within mainland
UK with the exception of our unframed name prints, height charts
and party banners.
Delivery by Royal Mail
Delivery is typically 2-3 working days after dispatch
but can take longer. Please allow 5 working days before reporting
an order as missing.
FrameMyName make no guarantee with regard to delivery
times unless ordered as Special Delivery.
If your order is required for a specific date
within 4 working days then please order as Special Delivery to ensure
your order is delivered on time.
Occasionally orders can go missing - Please contact
your local Royal Mail sorting office giving your house number and
postcode to check it has not been taken back there to await collection
(cards are not always left by Royal Mail if you're not in).
If your order has not arrived within 5 working
days please contact us with your order number and we will arrange
to send out a replacement order.
International & European Orders
All of our personalised name prints and products
are available to order online for delivery worldwide and can be
translated into several languages including German, Spanish, Italian
and French.
All of our European and International orders
are dispatched as First Class Airmail and as such cannot be tracked
once they have been dispatched.
If you require your order to be trackable or signed
for on delivery please contact us email to arrange this for an additional
fee.
Please allow 7-12 working days for delivery to
the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and 5-10 working days
for delivery throughout Europe.

Cancellations
& Refunds
With regard to personalised invitations,
birth announcement cards and thank you cards.
Orders for any of our personalised cards, invitations
or announcements cannot be returned - all orders are custom printed
so we can only offer a refund if there is a problem with your order
due to our error.
We encourage potential customers to order a sample
pack so you can see the quality of our cards before ordering.
• Cancelling before your preview
If you have to cancel your order after the payment
has been made and order confirmed, please contact us as soon as
possible. If no work has been started on your cards then we are
happy to offer a full refund.
• Cancelling after your preview
If you want to cancel your order once our designer
has completed the setting of your order (i.e. typesetting the wording,
adding the images and supplying the preview) then we cannot offer
a full refund. We will offer a refund minus a £10 fee for
the work already completed on your order.
• Cancelling after your order has
been printed
If you have approved your order and it has been
printed then unfortunately we cannot cancel your order and are unable
to offer a refund.
If however you have to cancel your order due to
venue or date changes once it has been printed please contact us
and we will give you a 20% discount on reprinting your cards
with the new date or venue.
• Returns / Refunds
Orders for any of our personalised cards, invitations
or announcements cannot be returned - all orders are custom printed
so we can only offer a refund if there is a problem with your order
due to our error.

If you are not completely satisfied with your
order, please contact us by email at sales@framemyname.co.uk
within 5 working days from the date you receive your order .
We will then rectify the problem where possible
and reprint your cards. A full refund will not be offered.
We will refund the price of the product(s) in
question, excluding postage and a £15 processing fee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible
for:
- Any errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar or dates made by
the customer
- Poor quality or low-resolution images supplied by the customer
- Errors options such as choice of finish, quantity or product
type made by the customer
Please preview your designs carefully and correct
any mistakes prior to placing your order.
Discount Offers
When placing an order eligible for any of our
discount offers please ensure the discount code is entered at the
checkout at the time of ordering. The update button should then
be clicked before the order is confirmed.
We will not offer a refund for the discount amount
on any order which hasn't used the discount code.
Secure Ordering Online
You can order any of our products securely online
through the FrameMyName website.
Payment can be made in any currency. Simply simply
select the currency of your choice from the dropdown list on the
righthand side of the page. Our payments are processed securely
by WorldPay.
Orders paid for using PayPal will not be dispatched
until payment is confirmed. Please make all PayPal payments within
48 hours of placing your order to our sales@framemyname.co.uk address.
If paying by PayPal eCheque
- orders will not be dispatched until after the eCheque has cleared
- this will add 7-9 working days to your order.
Cardholder Authentication
Service
From the beginning of July 2008 all customers
paying online through our website by either MasterCard or Visa will
have their transaction authenticated by MasterCard SecureCode or
Verified-by-Visa. This is a mandatory requirement from the credit
card companies to reduce online fraud and increase customer confidence
when purchasing online.
MasterCard SecureCode and Verified-by-Visa authenticate
the cardholder's identity when they enter their specific MasterCard
SecureCode or Verified-by-Visa password/PIN (which will have been
chosen the first time the service was used (any customers not enrolled
in the service will be asked to join)).
If the you do not enter the correct password/PIN
or don't want to sign up for the MasterCard SecureCode or Verified-by-Visa
service then the transaction will be automatically declined and
you will not be able to complete your order.
