Ordering Online

You can order any of our products securely online through the Frame My Name website.

Payment can be made in any currency. Simply simply select the currency of your choice from the dropdown list on the righthand side of the page. Our payments are processed securely by WorldPay.

Orders paid for using PayPal will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. Please make all PayPal payments within 48 hours of placing your order to our sales@framemyname.co.uk address.

Additional Personalisation Details

If you are adding additional details for your artwork (e.g. the childs date/place of birth, christening date, full name etc) please do so in the "Comments" box which will appear during the payment process on the same page as the address details.

Please ensure all details are correct as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced.

Sending Your Images

If you have ordered a portrait canvas, photo canvas, announcement card or personalised invitations containing images then they should be sent after the order has been placed. You will be sent an order confirmation email. The images should be attached to the confirmation email and forwarded to sales@framemyname.co.uk this will allow us to track your order with the reference number. All images should be sent as good quality jpg files.

International & European Orders

All of our personalised name prints and products are available to order online for delivery worldwide and can be translated into several languages including German, Spanish, Italian and French.

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to the USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia and 5-10 working days for delivery throughout Europe.

Our Return Policy

Our personalised gifts are non-returnable.

Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced.

If we have made a mistake with any of the personalisation on your order please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement at no extra cost to youself.

All of our silver bracelets are non-returnable unless faulty. Please ensure no mistakes are made with colour choices, sizes or name spellings are these cannot be fixed once the bracelet is produced.

If your order has arrived damaged contact us stating your order number and we will send out a replacement order.

Missing Orders

All our orders are sent out as First Class using Royal Mail. Occasionally orders can go missing - please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office before contacting us. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to send out a replacement order.
