Sending us Your Photos

You will receive an automatic email confirming your order when payment is made.

Please email us your photographs by reply attached to your FrameMyName Order Confirmation - this will allow us to track your photographs with your order reference number.

Junk Mail Filter - some customers have had our confirmation emails classified by their email account as 'junk' - if you don't reveive your automatic confirmation within 2 hours of placing your order please check your junk mail folder. If it is not in your junk mail/spam folder then please contact us.

Image Quality and File Size

All photos are printed on non-glossy cardstock

All images should be good quality, high resolution JPG files. Files should be at least 150dpi and have a minimum file size of 1-2 megabytes.

Please do not resize or crop your photographs before sending them to us - we will resize and crop them to best suit the layout of your chosen design.

If you are taking the photo on a digital camera then the highest quality settings should be used.

Photographs taken on a mobile phone camera less than 8.1megapixel are not suitable.

Please ensure all photographs:

• are well lit
• do not have large shadowy or dark areas
• do not appear dull or grainy
• are not blurred or out-of-focus
• are not cropped too close in on the subject
• don't worry about red eye - we will fix this
• we will change images to black & white or sepia if requested

If the images are not of suitable quality or layout we will contact you and ask you to supply new images.
