(a) You may be asked to provide certain information such as your name, address and other contact details and credit/debit card or PayPal details. In accordance with clause 7.2, we do not store your credit/debit card and/or PayPal details;

4 How can I get my name removed from the Frame My Name mailing list?

 

4.1 If you have opted in or otherwise qualify to form part of our mailing list and no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving such communications by following the instructions that are included in each communication.

5 Cookies

What is spam?

10.2 We take the following measures to prevent spam:

(b) we do not use bought-in lists, rented lists or lists that use appended email addresses;

(c) we do not use email addresses that are scraped or copied and pasted from the web, or harvested in any way;

11 Mailing practices

 

11.1 We do not modify the headers of any message in such a way that purposefully makes the origin of the message unclear.

 

11.2 All undeliverable addresses are removed from all future mailings after no more than 3 bounce-back messages or failed deliveries. 

 

11.3 All mailings provide clear and simple to follow instructions for opting-out of future mailings and all subscribers will be removed within 48 hours of making a request.
